Attached is a proposed amendment to the Area 53 Guidelines, introduced at the Area Assembly on September 12, 2010. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to establish the Area 53 Special Needs Standing Committee.
This proposal will be further considered at the next Assembly on December 12, 2010.
