The pre-registration count is 75-85 for the 2011 Area 53 Mini-Conference at Salt Fork (March 11-13)! The record attendance for an Area 53 Mini-Conference is 133.
Online registration and secure payment (see here) is open until Friday evening. Onsite registration and payment starts at 3:00pm on Friday. However, if you plan to attend the Saturday evening banquet, please registered by Thursday (March 10) to ensure there is space available.
All pre-registered attendees are entered into a drawing for a free Grapevine subscription. The drawing will be during the Friday evening session which starts at 7:00pm. You do not need to be preset to win, but you must have pre-registered by Thursday, March 10.
If you are unsure about your Friday dinner plans, the hospitality room in the main lodge hosted by District 26 opens at 3:00pm. And, there are plans underway for a “Cookout at the Cabins” 5:00-6:30pm hosted by various members who have cabins reserved. Cabins are about half a mile from the main lodge.
Friday afternoon service workshops have been scheduled. If you are interested, just show up – registration is not required.
