New DCMs

The DCM (District Committee Member) is the link between groups’ GSRs and the area delegate.
The AA Service Manual says, “As leader of the district committee, made up of all GSRs in the district, the DCM is exposed to the group conscience of that district.”
DCMs should previously have served as GSR, have at least four years of sobriety, time to commit to meetings, and strong two-way communication skills.
