This comittee provides oversight of the legal and financial activities of the State Convention, defines and manages the site selection process, and ensures that the convention remain self supporting.
The committee also receives and monitors financial statements of the local hosting committee, sets the reserve fund level, receives full disclosure of any minutes and/or treasury information as requested, and receives final report at conclusion of the convention.
The Convention Committee meets the third Tuesday of every month.
