We want to remind you of deadlines for the upcoming State Convention. However, if you are good-to-go, consider this our “thank you!”
Room Reservations-JULY 13
The room block at the DoubleTree Hilton ($99/night plus tax, rate code “A53”) will expire on Saturday. If you need a room, please reserve it soon. You can do this through the area website at www.area53aa.org.
Banquet Reservations-JULY 29
Reservations for the Saturday evening banquet (6:00pm – 7:30pm) must be made and paid for no later than Monday, July 29. Banquet reservations will not be available for onsite, walkin registrations. The banquet is $38. It will be a first-class, all-you-can-eat buffet including Chicken Piccata, Grilled Marinated Flank Steak, Orzo Pasta & Veggie Salad, asparagus/carrots/mashed potatoes, spinach salad and sinful deserts “to die for!”
