Time Is Running Out to Book Your Room for the 70th Ohio State Convention!
Dear Friends,
As we count down the weeks to the Ohio State Convention on August 14–16, we are filled with gratitude for the fellowship, service, and unity that define our community.
An essential part of what makes our annual gathering so powerful is the environment we create together. The shared morning coffee, spontaneous hallway conversations, and late-night fellowship between meetings are often where the deepest connections happen. To get the most out of the weekend, staying on-site is key.
Right now, we have a wonderful opportunity to practice our Seventh Tradition of being fully self-supporting through our own contributions—including our collective responsibility to our hotel contract. Our room block cutoff date is July 24th, and we need just 28 more room nights to meet our commitment.
🔑 Because a standard weekend stay (Friday and Saturday) counts as 2 room nights, it only takes 14 of us booking a full weekend to cross the finish line!
Through love and service, we can easily close this gap together. If you are planning to attend but haven't booked your room yet, we encourage you to take action this week.
💡 A Quick Note on Booking: The hotel requires a credit card to hold your reservation, but your card will not be charged a single penny until you check out at the end of the weekend.
