Here are your DRAFT minutes with attachments from the March Assembly. Please share these with the groups you serve. Specifically, they can be used in three ways.
- An aid to reporting to your groups
- Sharing with members by placing on tables at face-to-face meetings or e-mailing to members of online meetings.
- An aid to preparation for the June Assembly. Looking them over shortly before the June Assembly will help you to have a feel for what’s going on. Minutes will be considered for approval at the June Assembly so if you see any errors, please let me know by replying to this e-mail.
