Saturday Night Speaker
Racy J., from the General Service Office (GSO), will be the 2015 Mini-Conference Saturday night lead speaker. Racy is in her 2nd year as paid staff person at GSO in New York. Racy is the alcoholic GSO staff person who works on the Cooperation with the Professional Community (CPC) desk. She provides AA experience and support to local committees and groups seeking advice on carrying the message through CPC activities. Racy’s lead will be after the Saturday night banquet and AA meeting which highlights the second day of celebrating recovery, unity, and service in Area 53, Ohio and AA as a whole.
- The Mini-Conference will be held March 6 – 8, at the Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center, 22300 State Park Road 20, Mt. Sterling Ohio 43143.

The Area 53 Mini-Conference is organized much like the actual General Service Conference committee reports and conference actions process. There will be early bird AA meetings two days, speakers, workshops and informative presentations all weekend. There is also an abundance of fellowship in and around the hospitality suites while easy access to the beauty of a state park nature attraction.
Bill F., Marietta, Ohio, will be sharing his experience, strength and hope as a trustee on AA’s General Service Board (GSB) and as the East Central Regional Trustee for Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
The weekend gathering closes Sunday with a full General Service Conference matched conference starting at 9 a.m.
