Dear Friends,
I would like to personally extend an invite for service opportunities at the 2013 Mini-Conference Hospitality Suite. As your committee chairs, our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere for the mini-conference participants to gather, eat and fellowship.
We have the following opportunities available for you, your sponsee’s or friends.
1. Cover a 2 hour shift in the Suite tending to coffee and snacks.
2. Donate a covered dish , fruit, or desert.
If you would like to be of service or just bring your favorite dish you can email rickkramer[at]rickkramer[dot]us so we can place your donation on the list as to no buy too much food.
The committee’s next meeting is Monday January 28, 2013 at 7pm at 419 Forestwood Drive Gahanna, Ohio 43230. Feel free to show up and serve!
