Has your group experienced challenges with 7th tradition contributions not keeping up with expenses? Has your group experienced many newcomers, maybe from treatment centers, attending? While this is a wonderful opportunity to carry the message, some GSRs report that this makes it hard to provide enough coffee, cookies, and even meeting space when there are only a small number of regular members who contribute. The Sharing Session at the March Assembly will invite GSRs to share their group’s experience, strength and hope on these issues. What strategies have worked to address 7th tradition challenges in YOUR group? All GSRs will be encouraged to share challenges AND strategies and to leave with new ideas to bring back to their groups.
