CPC/PI ASSEMBLY REPORT
The Area 53Cooperation with the Professional Community-Public Information (CPC-PI) Committee reaches the alcoholic by informing both the general public about the AA program and “the third person” whose work involves the active alcoholic. The committee also keeps the fellowship well informed so members and groups can carry the message more effectively.
The agenda for this one hour meeting is inventory of resources as well as reporting of recent and ongoing projects, and information regarding new requests.
July, August, and September. Meeting minutes on the committee page at the area website.

Cooperation, participation and support from GSO, COGF, Area 53, and many individual members makes this event successful in increasing the visibility and accessibility of the Fellowship. All time slots were filled. Gratitude to Nita, who once again coordinated the event with clear instructions, directions, and guidance. Other Ohio Areas were contacted regarding participation, and there were no responses. COGF once again participated financially, and were invited to staff the exhibit.

I attended and enjoyed the panel presentations with all areas represented as well as OYPAA members. I appreciated getting the Final Conference Report. The Jeopardy Game was great fun! Thank you to the Area for supporting my attendance.
For all who continue to suit up, show up and are willing to serve in so many capacities to carry the message of grace. It is a grand and glorious day!
