Changes were proposed to Area 53 Guidelines at the April Area Committee Meeting. These proposals are intended to update language regarding the mailing of minutes and other pertinent information to all voting members of the Area 53 Assembly and to provide for cooperation between the Registrar and Secretary in the sharing of updated contact lists for that purpose. These proposals will be presented to the Assembly in June. Voting on these items will come up in September. This schedule gives time for DCMs and GSRs to present and discuss at their business meetings. Please see the attached document for specifics about these proposed changes.
