You can add a meal, or two, for you and a guest using the Mini-Conference Meals Order and Payment page. In February, the committee added Dinner with the Delegate for $24 starting at 6:00pm. The food fare is a South of the Border Buffet with Southwest Casserole, Taco Beef & Chipotle Chicken Breast, Tortilla & Taco Shells, Spicy Refried Beans, Fixings (diced tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce, sour cream, fire roasted salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese sauce), Sopaipilla (desert) and coffee & iced tea.
The preliminary meal counts have been shared with the conference center. The cut off for ordering anything from the meal page will be March 8. At that time, we will provide the final counts.
