Greetings Everyone,
Thanks for putting on a great mini-conference in March. Our next committee meeting is April 6 at 6:30pm at Oakland Park United Methodist Church – the same place we met before.
I am anxious to see each committee member bring in their reports on amounts, qualities ,suggestions and experiences so we can have a successful conference next year. We have other items to consider for next conference. Please if possible have dollar amounts receipts so forth handy so we can get a bottom line on our cost for this conference and if we are in the red or the black. If you cannot make it to the committee meeting, please email me the information that’s pertinent to get down to the bottom line.
