Since December, the committee added a Friday evening meal at 6:00pm: “Dinner with the Delegate,” for $24. It is a South of the Border Buffet that includes Southwest Casserole, Taco Beef & Chipotle Chicken Breast, Tortilla & Taco Shells, Spicy Refried Beans, Fixings (diced tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce, sour cream, fire roasted salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese sauce), Sopaipilla (desert) and Coffee & Iced Tea.
