When the Area 53 Mini-Conference closes on Sunday, March 13 at 9:30am, the Area 53 Assembly registration will begin at 9:30am. The March Assembly will start at 10:00am this year; in past years, the March Assembly started at 1:00pm because the mini-conference did not close until noon.
We hope you are planning to come to the mini-conference and have registered online or by mail. But, if you are only planning to attend the assembly at Deer Creek this year, be sure to plan to arrive between 9:00am and 9:30am. The materials for the assembly are on the area website (click here).
