On March 7 your mini-conference team will meet to assembly the conference folders for the six committees. These folders include the committee agenda items, background materials and maybe some AA literature. We really want to know how many folders to put together. Everyone attending the mini-conference deserves to have their very own folder.
Maybe you have been thinking about waiting until the last minute, or thinking about coming on Friday, March 11 to register onsite. That puts the committee at a disadvantage – maybe we guessed well, maybe we don’t, about the number of conference folders to create.
