Dear Area 53,
At the Area Committee meeting on April 2 , 2023, a motion was made and voted on as to whether or not Area 53 will have an in-person or hybrid assembly on June 4, 2023. The motion made and passed is as follows:
Area 53 will have an in-person assembly on June 4, 2023 if no volunteers step forward by May 1, 2023 to provide both the technical support and Zoom hosting support to allow for a hybrid assembly.
If you would like to volunteer, or if you know of others who are willing to provide either technical support or Zoom hosting support, please contact me as soon as possible at
