Area 53 held the second quarterly assembly on Sunday, June 4th in Columbus, OH. With 75 total members in attendance, the GSRs, DCMs, Officers, Committee Chairs, past Delegates, and interested AAs met for fellowship and to do the business of the Area.
Our Delegate, Ed A. gave a report from the General Service Conference in New York. He shared some highlights of the conference as well as some sights of the Big Apple from his trip. Ed will be posting all the information and reports from the conference on the delegate news page as soon as he is able. Ed also shared he is willing to visit your group or district to give his report in person.
The Finale of the assembly was an election held to fill the open position of Alternate Chair. Taffy J. was elected as the New Alt Chair. Congratlations to Taffy and thank you for your willingness to serve the Area!
